2 cups boiled kodo millet, 1 cup boiled and mashed potato, 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots, 1/2 cup boiled and crushed green peas, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell peppers, 2 tbsp finely chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger, 2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp garam masala, 1 tbsp chaat masala, Salt to taste, Oil for shallow fry
PREPARATION METHOD:
Take all the ingredients for kodo millet potato tikki
First, take kodo millet and soak it into water for 1 hour, Now take one pan and boil kodo millet, Now kodo millet is boiled and rinse the excess water, Now take 1 bowl add kodo millet, boiled and mashed potato, finely chopped carrots, boiled and crushed green peas,finely chopped onions, finely chopped Capsicum to it.
Now add finely chopped green chillies and finely chopped ginger to it, Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt to taste, Now mix all the ingredients together.
Now make tikkis from the mixture, Now take oil in a pan and shallow fry the tikkis, make the tikkis golden fry from both the sides.
Now the kodo millet potato tikkis are ready to serve, serve hot with green spicy chutney and sweet chutney.
