Buckwheat Veggie Pancake

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION METHOD: ​

  • Divide the buckwheat into two parts. Add a puree of blanched spinach to one portion and add a beetroot to another amount of flour.
  • Now, add a pinch of baking soda to both the parts.
  • Mix both the batters and add water to make a batter of perfect consistency. Let it rest.
  • Now sauté chopped vegetables like carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, onion, and cabbage.
  • Pour batter into the nonstick pan one by one to make the pancakes.
  • After the pancakes are ready, add sauteed vegetables and a slice of paneer, and the veggie pancake is prepared.
