Buckwheat Veggie Pancake
INGREDIENTS:
Buckwheat Flour 30gm Chopped Beetroot 20gm Chopped Spinach 20gm Chopped Carrots 10gm Chopped Beans 10gm Chopped Cabbage 10gm Chopped Capsicum 10gm Sliced Paneer 30 gm Oil For greasing
PREPARATION METHOD:
Divide the buckwheat into two parts. Add a puree of blanched spinach to one portion and add a beetroot to another amount of flour.
Now, add a pinch of baking soda to both the parts.
Mix both the batters and add water to make a batter of perfect consistency. Let it rest.
Now sauté chopped vegetables like carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, onion, and cabbage.
Pour batter into the nonstick pan one by one to make the pancakes.
After the pancakes are ready, add sauteed vegetables and a slice of paneer, and the veggie pancake is prepared.
