Buckwheat Roti

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION METHOD: ​

  • Take buckwheat flour and put it in a large bowl.
  • Mix everything with a spoon. Add lukewarm water.
  • Knead the dough when the mixture is still hot. Once the dough is formed, sprinkle warm water bit by bit and knead until soft dough is formed.
  • Let the dough set for 20 minutes. Now, make chapatis from this dough.
  • Roast and puff the roti nicely. Spread some ghee on the rotis.
