Barley Cutlet

INGREDIENTS:

PREPARATION METHOD: ​

Take boiled barley in a bowl.

  • Add garlic, onion, green chili, coriander leaves, and salt and besan and mix well.
  • Make round cutlets.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry barley cutlets on medium flame till they get golden brown crust.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
