INGREDIENTS:
Bajra flour-300 gm Sooji-100 gm Curd-100 gm Chopped Onion-200 gm Chopped Carrot-200 gm Chopped green chilli-2 gm Salt-As per to taste Water-For kneading
PREPARATION METHOD:
Mix bajra flour, sooji, salt, and curd in a bowl.
Add water and whisk till smooth batter formation.
Mix well with chopped onions, grated carrots, water, and salt,
