Making Instructions:
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain the hot water and rinse it with cold water.
Mix a spoon of oil and half masala with the noodles
Heat oil and fry mustard, onion, curry leaves, green chillies, cabbage, carrots, beans and remaining masala.
Then mix the cooked noodles with the prepared veggies.
