INGREDIENTS:
All-Purpose Flour 150 gm Buckwheat Flour 50 gm Powdered Sugar 50 gm Baking Powder 5 gm Salt 2.5 gm Milk 50 ml Butter 30 gm
PREPARATION METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and grease a baking dish.
Whisk all-purpose flour, buckwheat flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, butter and salt in a bowl
Beat until batter is smooth pour into the prepared baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 30 to 40 minutes.
